The Hotel is located at the beginning of the historic center of Loano upstream of Piazza Italia, 200 meters as the crow flies from the beaches and the sports hall with Olympic swimming pool.
Reachable along 4 km by car at the exit of Pietra Ligure for those arriving from Genoa, the same distance from the Borghetto S.Spirito exit for those arriving from France. It is about 75 km from Genoa Cristoforo Colombo airport, 800 meters from Loano station and a few steps from the bus stop.
The Hotel has no architectural barriers, wifi gratis , all rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with private bathroom, safe, hairdryer, color TV and balcony, some with terrace and some with SKY Gold satellite system. They are all accessible by lift even by disabled people, two of these are equipped for disabled people.

La nostra struttura ricettiva, ad insegna Residence Colibri, a conduzione famigliare, è classificata “family & bike” da ormai quasi 7 anni, offrendo 13 soluzioni abitative indipendenti vista mare, tutte dotate del necessario per trascorrere piacevolisoggiorni in famiglia, 11 mesi l’anno. Situata frontemare, offre alla clientela la classica formula residence alla quale si può aggiungere (da marzo a settembre) il servizio di bar e tavola calda/fredda, con la preparazione di pasti presso il bar interno della struttura con menu dedicati anche aipiù piccini.
Ogni alloggiogode di vistamare aperta oppure di vista mare laterale/vista monte, per offrire ancora più tranquillità. Gli alloggi sono dotati di aria condizionata a gestione indipendente, riscaldamento autonomo, connessione wi-fi aperta, televisore LED 32″, materassi ortopedici con topper ergonomico, cuscini di differenti grammature, bollitore elettrico, stoviglie epentolame, porta-valigia, armadi capienti con grucce, telefono, materiale informativo.
